Mr. J.D.E. van den Heuvel

Jan van den Heuvel studied law at Radboud University in Nijmegen. He started practising as a lawyer in 1981 and has been working at Meulenkamp Advocaten since 1984. Jan completed the postgraduate specialization courses in company law and business law, insolvency law, and European and Dutch procurement law at Grotius Academy. He is a member of Insolad, the Dutch association of lawyers specializing in insolvency law and of the Dutch Association for Procurement Law (NVvA). He works in the field of business and insolvency law, property law, and procurement law. His clients include businesses, municipalities, and institutions. Jan is a former dean of the Bar Association of Roermond and a member of the Board of Discipline of the Court of Appeal in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
