procurement law / administrative and environmental law / construction law and property law / environmental law
Administrative law comprises the rules with which government authorities (including the national government, municipalities, and provinces) must comply when making decisions.
These can be widely varying decisions which you may have to deal with. Examples of this include the granting of subsidies, the granting of an environmental permit for the construction of a business premises, for felling trees, or the establishment of a zoning plan. Imposing an order subject to a penalty or applying administrative coercion are also decisions in which your interest may be involved.
We are well-versed in administrative and environmental law. We can therefore help you with advice, as well as in conducting administrative procedures.
