inheritance law / tenancy law / divorce law / mediation
The division of an inheritance is actually very easy: the assets and debts of the deceased are divided among the heirs... until it appears that a part of the assets was donated to one of the children many years ago or that the parental home was sold to one of the children at too low a price. And what happens if the deceased has disinherited someone in their will? Is the will legally valid?
In such cases it is important that you know what your rights and obligations as heir are.
